We are a project originally started on Tiktok with the goal of promoting a healthier lifestyle and a more active approach to life. Our mission is to inspire people to connect with nature, move their bodies, and live life to the fullest. In the last century, humans have become increasingly sedentary and indoor-oriented. This lifestyle has negative implications for our physical and mental health, as well as for the environment. At Heartbeat of Earth, we believe nature should be treated like a loved one. After all, it has been our ground, our air, and our surroundings.
